This past year has been a hurricane with one thing happening right after another with my dogs; and each time she meets us with care, compassion, generosity, and understanding. Her staff is no different; they know my dog by name, treat her like a little princess, and go above and beyond to help out. (Side story: I left my hydroflask there and forgot about it, and when I remembered I just gave up like “oh well finders keepers I hope I made someone’s day with a new water bottle” and then I came back two weeks later for an appointment and the sweetheart remembered and gave it back to me like ugh how sweet 😭 you could’ve totally had it but you’re such a doll.)
